After receiving financing, farmers can purchase the necessary machinery, livestock, land, build and repair buildings, and otherwise expand their operations. In addition, the loan helps to deal with unplanned expenses or the consequences of problems that have arisen.

Each customer can choose the most suitable type of security depending on the purposes of using the loan. These can be subsidies, future crops, agricultural equipment, machinery or land.

An individual offer is prepared for each client, taking into account his financial situation and credit rating. The average interest rate is currently around 1.2-1.3 percent. per month.

Loans can be received even if the farm is brand new and the turnover is small, as long as it manages at least 1 hectare of land. We always adapt a personalized offer and evaluate the client’s profile and the purpose of the loan, thus ensuring all the borrower’s needs.

Of course, we provide each loan on individual terms, so all loans can be repaid before the due date.
